CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY

1.1.1 Each party must treat, and require its executives, employees, agents, representatives and subcontractors to treat, all confidential information owned by the other party given in connection with the agreement and identified as having, or marked with, a classification indicating its confidentiality, according to that classification.

1.1.2 The provisions of the preceding subclause do not apply to information which:
   a) relates to details of the agreement that are required to be published in the informational website per the contract;
   b) the Customer is required by law to make public;
   c) is part, or becomes part, of the public domain otherwise than by breach of the preceding subclause.

1.1.3 USA-Autopartes, acting as the contractor must ensure that any personal information coming into its possession in performing the Contract is protected, by such security safeguards as it is reasonable in the circumstances to take, against loss, unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure, and other misuse.
